All Sales Are Final:
Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final. Once a product is purchased, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
Exchanges for Damaged Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will be happy to exchange it for a replacement. To qualify for an exchange, please contact us with photos of the damages, and once verified, we will promptly send you a replacement.
